Our yoga sessions all incorporate movement, breath awareness & relaxation, creating a balanced and nurturing yoga experience - participants are encouraged to make each class their own unique experience, in a supportive, non-competitive space.

Individual & personalised yoga, meditation & relaxation sessions can also be created, in particular for those recovering from illness or injury.
