Terms & Conditions
Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. When you enrol online as a student of and/or you attend a class offered by Long Point Yoga (LPY), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

We deliver all our classes as best we can on time and as advertised, however classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Where a class is cancelled by LPY or a student gives reasonable notice in advance they cannot attend a credit will be offered for the amount paid in advance, otherwise LPY does not issue refunds or offer credit for classes that are late or missed

Please arrive at least five minutes before class as late entry is strongly discouraged

Leaving class early without a medical reason is strongly discouraged

Please complete the attendance register before each class

LPY is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings

LPY has the right to refuse entry at anytime

Bookings should be made via the LPY website and payment online is preferred

While we will make every effort to accommodate everyone including those who book and those who drop-in on the day, we may need to limit class sizes in which case:

Priority will be given to students who have booked and paid online in advance

If you have paid online and are turned away we will refund you or give you credit for another class

By registering for a course and/or attending class you warrant to LPY that have been examined by a qualified medical professional within the past six months and have been found to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises

LPY classes may be physically strenuous and your participation is strictly voluntarily and must remain within your personal capabilities, range of movement and experience; you undertake classes with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

You agree to follow all reasonable instructions given to you by LPY instructors and acknowledge that failing to do so is solely at your own risk

LPY is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our yoga classes or any associated activity.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT - ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS BECAUSE OF COVID-19
In order to offer in-person classes, we have undertaken a rigorous process to ensure any risks to your (and our) health and wellbeing are minimised.

Please do not attend a class if:

you are feeling unwell (sore throat, sniffle, cough, temperature, unusual lethargy etc) or
-
someone in your household is feeling unwell or
-
if you or someone in your household has returned from interstate within the last two weeks

if you or someone in your household has had a test for COVID-19 and are waiting for the results

Physical distance between each other is important; please remain within the marked spaces for students & yoga mats
-
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, supports for classes (discounted fee applies for 'byo' students)
(we will have a limited amount of gear available incl. mats, pillows and blankets but must charge extra as they have to be thoroughly cleaned after each class) -
Please do not share equipment with other students

There will be sanitiser & sanitiser wipes freely available at each class

Please fill out the contact register provided at each class

Bring your own drink bottle

Where possible, please pay by direct debit prior to class
Please be aware we may have to make further changes without notice to ensure we comply with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
